Iraqi Death Squad Militia of the Day

Blackwater USA

Blackwater is one of a number of private companies working for the U.S. in Iraq. They handle security detail with particular, er, zeal. They are not accountable to Iraqis nor the U.S. military. So when piles of bodies get higher and the list of witnesses to random and senseless killings grows, Iraqi officials call for the expulsion of the company. But, it seems, it doesn't matter. The only one whose decision seems to matter is "The Decider." Mr. "Childrens-Do-Learn." So we carry on with all this, giving the world and Iraq more reasons to love us. Seems like rivers of blood, seen through the filter of green, would look a lot like. . .Blackwater.

"They're repeat offenders, and yet they continue to prosper in Iraq," said Rep. Jan Schakowsky. "These guys represent the U.S. to (Iraqis) and there are no rules of the game for them."

I'm guessing you didn't do well in economics. Let give you quick course. Do your job well, you get repeat business. Do it poorly, no repeat business. Blackwater IS in it for the money (repeat business). Who would you rather have in there, the UN Peacekeeping Troops? BTW, the UN troops have zero accountability.

No Raul, you didn't do well in economics. When it comes to politics and no-bid contracts handed out to administration friends, the worse a job you do, the more repeat business you're guaranteed.

It's interesting that someone would consider this a case of doing your job well. In that case, well, Mission Accomplished. Best promo the Jihad ever had!! Oiy. Have you heard of the US Armed Forces. A great group of patriotic Americans, who know what they're doing, who work for US.

I am pleasantly surprised you all are supporting our US troops in Iraq. Thanks again for the support.

Blackwater is merely the tumor, the outward symptom of a sick and dying America.

Oh Come on Now, just because we conduct toture, hire mercenarys, invade countries for the convience of cheap oil, kidnap anyone we want to, ship them off to them countries that we condem for human rights violations to get a little of what they deserve, does not mean that we are on the way out. Or does it?

please...we all support our troops but they shouldn't be in iraq. come on raul...don't expect us to believe that you really know anything at all. my daughter is over there now and although she knows i know that the morons making decisions are hoodwinking the public here, i am not one of them hoodwinked ones. and to suggest that anybody doesn't support our troops is ludacrous...we just don't agree with the objectives that the morons in washington have forced them to uphold.

I think "morons" is being too kind. "Idiots," possibly. I think they know what they are doing, so why not "devils"?
