Those that think that this is evil and wrong or that you can gain magical powers from these actions should submit themselves to a psychiatric ward for those mentaly devoid from reality. These are harmless and fun pastimes. Those that mistake them for actual sorces of magic have no idea what they are talking about.

The only one on the list that would actualy qualify for the Bible definition of magic is the ouija board; useing powers to comunicate with the souls of the dead is forbiden, even in jest.

LOL, I was most of the way through the first paragraph before I realized that the columnist was speaking literally, and not metaphorically. It works either way though, really, with all of the magical thinking that exists in religion.

Magic Jesus seems silly to me, but these folks hardly seem dangerous. Ignoring that fact the bible is filled with metaphors is dangerous when it allows global warming to prevail, or facism to take hold, or pushing religious views in science class. This article doesn't qualify.
