But a 2001 study of Florida

But a 2001 study of Florida scrub jays found that fed birds ate too much in winter and laid their eggs too early, so natural food sources weren't available when the hatchlings needed them. medyum araba oyunları

Dumping free birdseed to birds is no different than dumping free clothing on Africa. The effect is to drop the value of the good down to zero, and penalize anybody who is producing that good. Giving away clothes to poor Africans has made them poorer because they no longer spend money into their local economy paying for production of local textiles. The same effect also plays out when Wal Mart comes into town and kills the mom-and-pop shops -- the local economy is depressed due to lost jobs, not helped by lower price levels on goods.

Good article. Feeding starving children in Africa upsets the natural balance, Darwin's survival of the fittest. The price of grains is going sky high, so that will take care of this problem. No more free food for any creature, including the song birds.
