Humankind will die...and those left standing, will be left to reconnoiter the devastation laid upon ours and those we have made according to our image and mind. No thing is above the laws of entropy, certainly no man is a rock unto himself...and by extention, similarly, destruction will be visited upon the constructs of our epoch.

In America, we don't need horses. If they are a source human deaths, then only horses that have been vaccinated will be permitted. Otherwise, they will have to be deported to France.

In light of the damage that might occur if the world experienced a viral epidemic I would like to suggest the USA and other concerned governments establish a dedicated vaccine production facility. This production facility would have enough capacity to provide a dose for every citizen of that government in the first production run. The facility should be built and maintained to be available on short notice -- qualified scientists would be put on retainer, along with drug companies and guaranteed profits would be built into the cost of the project. I challenge the next president to enhance the security of our country.
