BRC is about to rx 2.7B in funding to help keep the trails open for the people not from the people. We have many new activist judges waiting for their turn to help. You want it all - not gonna happen. liberalism is a mental disorder. When you have kids, you might change your minds.

I was just doing my monthly perusal of BRC's magazine, and came across a notice of changes to BRCs articles and bylaws.

While skimming, I noticed that upon dissolution, all property of BRC will belong to the Mountain States Legal Foundation. How about that? For those that don't know, MSLF is nothing short of seditious in their agenda.
MSLF's website is mum on BRC, yet BRC has cracked the bedroom door, and they're together under the covers!

"ARTICLE IX
Dissolution
Upon the dissolution or other termination of the Coalition, no party of the property of the
Coalition, nor any proceeds thereof, shall be distributed to, or inure to the benefit of, any of the Directors of the Coalition, but all such property and proceeds shall, subject to the discharge of valid obligations of the corporation and to applicable provisions of law, be distributed to the Mountain States Legal Foundation, or its successor entity. In the event Mountain States Legal Foundation or a successor does not exist at the time of dissolution or other termination of the corporation, no part of the property of the corporation, nor any of the proceeds thereof, shall be
distributed to, or inure to the benefit of, any of the directors of the corporation, but all such property and proceeds shall, subject to the discharge of valid obligations of the corporation and to applicable provisions of law, be distributed, as directed by the Board of Directors of the Coalition to or among any one or more corporations, trusts, community chests, funds or foundations described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or any successor
