This is obviously a publicity stunt to pretend that things are going ok in Baghdad.

It will NEVER get made.

I worked in a hotel in Boston, only wealthy Middle Easterners would visit, either to pay cash for health care, or to attend school. Those with money will have fun at their "park" while the poor will be treated much like the poor in the USA - 2nd class citizens who clean the toilets and scrub tables.

I hope this works out better than the Embassy did. The last thing that country needs is another American blunder.

Of course this is going to work. Why wouldn't it? Who would blow up an amusement park, that would be filled with hundreds of Americans soon, for damage? It wouldn't be logical to destroy an American business for America's profit. It's too "ripe" for there to be hostility.

Really. I would love to be a millionaire to waste this kind of money. Then again, i'm not that damn naive.

"It is being designed by the firm that developed Disneyland" -- that would be Walt Disney's eponymous corporation, folks. Given the incredibly negative PR potential, I doubt very much Disney is actually involved in this, and if I were them, I'd get a restraining order on this guy to avoid being associated with Iraq in any way shape or form.

i'm sure the people responsible for suicide bombings at mosques will find this theme park too sacred to dare cause any trouble there. you guys just worry too much at mojo.
