JG, you can't just impeach a Justice because you don't like him or the president who appointed him.

What we should be pushing for is the voluntary resignation of Roberts and Alito. They were appointed by Bush who doesn't believe in checks and balances, and do not subscribe to the basics of our constitutional system.

If they won't resign they should be impeached and removed.
