No. Obama can't be a golem. If he were, he would be pro-Israel, doing golemical things to the Arabs in Gaza. And we know that Obama is anti-Israel because Sean Hannity says so.

Instead of celebrating your dynamic union and seeking to partner with you to meet common challenges, there have been times where America's shown arrogance and been dismissive, even derisive. Instead of recognizing the good that America so often does in the world, there have been times where Europeans choose to blame America for much of what's bad.” This leads me to wonder: what phrase better describes Hannity: dishonest fool, or foolish liar? OK, anonymous and anonymous, I'll take the bait. Standing where we are now, two and one-half months into Obama's four year term, what says to you that he will not be re-elected? He's doing a lot of things and setting others in motion. They might not all work, but we don't know yet if they will or they won't. Essentially, you are pre-judging the man. Everything I've seen (other than a minor gaffe or two) says he be around for 8 years. Get used to it.

Sorry, Sad State, but there's an ancient and perfectly honorable use of one's reason known as "calling a spade a spade." These last several years, I've slowly come to learn the value of this ancient wisdom, and so I don't hesitate now to call waterboarding torture, or George Bush a war criminal, or congressmen who support a spending freeze in the middle of a recession dangerous ignoramuses. Moreover, I don't feel ashamed at all to hate the perpetrators of torture and war crimes, or to ridicule the economics-challenged Republican caucus. I look at myself in the mirror, and I feel a lot better about myself than in my former life as a conservative. What's more, I don't just hate the perpetrators--I hate their cheerleaders and enablers, and I'm happy to do so, because it's the least they all deserve. I mean, let's be frank here: most likely not a single member of the Bush administration will ever have to account in a court of law for the misery and death this vast criminal enterprise inflicted on the people of Iraq. All they (and their apologists) ever have to put up with is being hated by the likes of me. I'm reminded of a New York Times picture article, from the funeral of an Iraqi girl killed by a piece of our ordinance. I thought of her parents; I thought of my daughter, and what such a monstrous event would have done to me. You tell me now: what's really deserved here?
