Thanksgiving Catblogging
It's time to stop thinking about politics for a few days and instead think about turkey and mashed potatoes and football games and 4 am sales. And cats. It is for me and mine, anyway. Happy Thanksgiving, everyone.

Do cats like football
Do cats like football too?
Anyway, I've got a cat named Boots who looks a lot like Domino. Maybe Boots and Domino could beat up on the commercial poster rats. Would anybody care?
Thanksgiving
And the same to you and yours, Kevin. We appreciate what you do here, and it is a good idea to forget about politics once and a while !

Here's hoping you, Marian, & your four-leggers have a great Thanksgiving, Kevin. And that goes for everybody else here -- have a wonderful time with your friends & families. You, too, MacGruber.
Happy Thanksgiving, Kevin and everyone!

The Cricket household kitties wish you all a very happy poultry eating day!
Happy Thanksgiving from Casa Thersites
Even MacGruber, even "Anonymous," even that optical person who busts my chops all the time.
And of course, to Kevin and household.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone

Friday scatblogging, holiday issue
In time for the holidays, I present Friday scatblogging, the holiday gift edition!
happy holidays!
Although I didn't have too much to do with cooking this bird, I often think we should have turkey more often. They are so tasty, not expensive, and I love the leftovers. Why only on holidays and special occasions? Fabulous food makes the holidays and special occasions even better. I hope your holiday recipe collection makes it easier for you to have more time opportunities with the ones closest to you.
Mother Jones is a nonprofit
Mother Jones is a nonprofit news organization that specializes in investigative, political, and social justice reporting. It contains two main "channels": an award-winning bimonthly national magazine (circulation 240,000), and a website featuring new, original reporting 24-7.
I will always be surprised by the cat section of Mother Jones — what it says and that it exists at all. So unexpected. Anyway, today I wrote about my cats -- particularly my cat Migraine -- on my own blog. I invite you to check it out.
