Heavens, Another Must-Watch Palin/Couric Clip

| Fri Oct. 3, 2008 7:13 AM PDT

CBS continues its quest to destroy the McCain campaign by releasing another interview clip that makes Sarah Palin look utterly unprepared for the vice presidency. (I was wrong yesterday when I said the can't-name-a-Supreme-Court-decision clip was the final one.) Try to watch this one and not snicker.

Am I crazy or is this the sort of answer Jay Leno might get while questioning a random person in a Jaywalking bit? "Hey buddy, come over here. What's the worse thing Dick Cheney has done in the last eight years?" "Uh, I dunno Jay. I don't really follow the news. He shot that old guy, right? That was pretty bad!"

What an absolute moron Palin is. And why does Biden have to "respect" everyone before he criticizes them?

Poor nana forgot here meddy's. . . Such an axtreme case of PDS. My o my

She really should stick to script--it is when she speaks from her heart that Palin gets in trouble.
Below is Palin expressing her annoyance with Couric.

is Sarah Palin the best McCain could find?

It has gotten to the point that seeing this kind of absurdity makes my brain hurt. I have also noticed an unfortunate development... every time that woman is mentioned, I have developed a horrible tic, causing me to convulse.

According to a Fox News interview, Sarah Palin blames Katie Couric for her poor interview performance. She wanted to answer in her standard debate prep format which is solely to bash Obama. I thought the point of the whole thing was so that America could get to know HER. Too bad no one has prepped her on how to answer questions about herself.

She thinks that Cheney shooting someone in the face was an 'accident' that she laughs about? She is a HUNTER! Obviously not a good one because Cheney broke rule number 1 of hunting - know where your other peeps are before you decide to shoot something!!!

This woman is the most ignorant and arrogant person I have ever seen to run for public office.....except for Bush/Cheney/McCain.

Her comments seem a direct result of all the papers she's been reading all these years. the ones with pictures on them.

But let's also think about the fact that the question asks the worst "in his career". He wasn't even working when he shot that guy!!!!
She is a complete fool.

IBEN-If that's the best you can do, then you're a moron, too.

She absolutley can not answer a question.

I think the most telling thing about this clip is that even as she tries to kiss his ass, the best she can come up with is that he supported the President while the President supported the troops. At first, I thought she was claiming that Cheney himself supported the troops, but then she clarified and said "in his support of the President in these matters." Even she can't think of anything positive that Cheney's ever done.

Also, I have a really great mental picture of Biden walking out of the room to meet his handlers and giving them an ever-so-confident "nailed it" wink.

Each speaking to his/her base. Clearly MOJO readers are not hers, but to win, we have to understand what her base responds to. It's not, obviously, abuse of the constitution, torture, etc. C'mon, y'all big-brained Lefties, let's start using our big brains to pick apart why these awful messages work with the Republican base and how to claim that ground too. I'm so sick of seeing the left waste its energy calling names rather than figuring out how to beat the "stupid" at their game.
