Wayne LaPierre, the NRA's executive vice president, is at it again. After the Oklahoma City bombing, he was widely criticized (and eventually apologized) for a direct mail letter referring to federal agents as "jackbooted thugs." But in a direct mail letter sent out last summer, he returned to the same incendiary rhetoric.
